I found out about Jack from Ed Zitron, who himself referenced Behind the Bastards... I don't think there could be a capitalist more evil than him in the modern era, based on it.
(At least, if it's true that up through the 1970s the economy was actually capable of growing, and then around the 1980s things stagnated while CEOs refused to accept reality... I'm trying to figure out what degrowth is right now)
