Oh thanks! I don't know much about US political stuff, I don't remember if I watched Mr Smith but it's a title that has been flying around.... I might have watched it, will look up a trailer and see if I remember anything. Also, I can't figure out what a filibuster is, though I've gone to wiki pages and all that, it's a concept that's hard for me to grasp. Maybe that's why I'm failing to see the significance of the speech.
