How to test:

Open our Telegram bot: https://t.me/bitcoin_alerts_2026bot
Type /subscribe to opt-in to alerts.
Type /nostr <your_npub> to link your Nostr account.
Once linked, the AI engine will broadcast public signals to our feed and dispatch encrypted private messages (NIP-17) directly to your Nostr inbox whenever a new approved signal setup is triggered!
