I have created your Human Design Chart prior to this session and have already gained insight on to the basic fundamentals of how you operate correctly on the material plane.
I then introduce myself and ask you “ Why have you booked this session and what is it that you would like support with?”
Your response will be
A) You tell me the very thing you are after & why you want support, strategies , information, tools , clarity, etc
OR
B) You tell me you don’t know why, you just knew you needed to book this session.
From here I listen and begin to ask you questions that help me hear your NOT SELF speaking in terms of the unconscious programs you are running, blind spots you are denying & limiting processes you are stuck in.
I am paid to think & listen, as I use my Mental Advisor and Gestalt Psychotherapy skills to help you get the clarity you need first YOU to take action for correct alignment.
The only support we really need is support to gain the information and self awareness that helps us stay in our own lane regardless of what others do and say.

We are not designed to do life alone, we are relational beings which means our system will always need to rely on others at different times. While of course, learning to rely on ourselves as well. An ebb and flow in and out, as we live in process. We are the seasons.
At the beginning of every new season, we are invited to rechoose that which we already have or to pivot and find a road less travelled.
