Our Thanksgiving meal was inspired by the Real Food Made Simple cookbook. 😍
We made the Crispy Spatchcock Chicken recipe and as always, it turned out perfectly!
We also made stuffing from scratch. In place of bread, we used the I Can’t Believe It’s Nut Cornbread recipe. It was even more flavorful than regular stuffing. We will DEFINITELY be making this again next year.
The cranberry sauce may just be a recipe that ends up in the Test Kitchen 👀
