Nah, no such thing. Technically you could implement something like that on motherboard firmware level, but I don't think it would be straightforward (but it would make Libreboot relevant lol). It would also require extended co-operation from hardware vendors, and they really can't be bothered. The bill itself is fundamentally flawed, as seemingly you can just enter any age without a proof - ergo the bill is first class nothing burger. If they would require ID or biometric data it would be hell of a bill though. I'm talking Bladerunner levels of dystopian overreach (iirc the guns there used biometric verification to arm).
