Of course women know this. The “exposed” narrative is not about using toilets for their proper purpose. It is about suggesting that the only reason a trans woman would enter a women’s toilet is to sexually assault other women there. If you have bought into the “exposed” narrative you have bought into the idea that all trans women are sex pests.
