Something I'm slowly realizing and getting discouraged by/angry about is that as much as I love the fediverse and would love to do all my social mediaing on the open platforms, the things that I love about it make it *a significant impediment* to trying to earn a living as an artist.
I love all y'all to death, I truly do, but I'd be doing myself a disservice if I didn't have profiles in the places people would expect to find them.
