yeah, frankly at this point, I would assume that KEV is basically worthless in that it's basically ignoring or missing a huge portion of what's actually going on. So it's going to be on orgs to triage themselves and make reasonable assumptions based on the defect.
And having had to do that and get very, very good at doing it very, very quickly? Good fucking luck with staffing and skill levels these days. (Or they'll just go back to 'all must be patched in 30!!' Ugh.)
