So I hooked up an antenna. I live in a bad reception area (low valley), but I was able to pick up a local NBC affiliate.

I fucking hate him. I consider him a self-amused corporate stooge.

But I'm watching his monologue, out of curiosity. And, jesus christ, this feels so... phony...

Like, even taking my own dislike for him out of the equation, It feels fake. Plastic. Staged. Yeah, I know talk shows are generally scripted and all that.

But this is... bizarre. Kind of like a parody of a talk show.
