i had asthma, and was generally unfit, before, and occasionally had trouble breathing when doing activity.
post-covid, i now have regular trouble breathing when doing activity... but it's qualitatively different - it's almost like my lungs do less well at absorbing oxygen when i'm under load
i'm not worried yet, but... i am also noticing a marked disinclination to leave the flat for any reason
