1.) Brazil is a Democracy and has laws. An a impeachment is only possible, if the president committed severe crimes.
But the financial behavior of Dilma Rousseff was such a severe crime, that is aproved as law, exactly TWO days after she was impeached! That means, was completely against law, against and construction completely fraudulent.
