My requirement is simply that I get to exist in my own home without being tortured. And that maybe, at least on occasion, I get to spend time in my yard, too. That seems fair to me. The current arrangement doesn't afford me that, and I feel like I have no rights. Your concern seems to be finding common/middle ground. I am all for that. I think all people deserve consideration. My issue is that I dont get that consideration, not that other people do.

I also think the *degree* should be accounted for. I really would rather be punched in the face. That should factor in when finding a fair balance, if someone else is just complaining that they don't get to have as much fun.
