But there’s no way around a toxic boss who doesn’t give a rats about you.

It will steal your life force.

No matter how put together you are.

Your environment matters to your health.

I learned the hard way.

2x crazy ass bosses and my health took a huge deep dive in 5 months.

And I’m a self leader with strong boundaries & even stronger self worth. 💪🏽

It didn’t make a difference.

Because when we put up with bullshit, we move into a dance with

OURSELVES

Do we have the courage and skills to call it out and even move on to greener pastures.

The strategy of putting our head in the sand or just trying to cope with it

DOES NOT WORK.

It only delays the pain created by not giving yourself what you need to stay in alignment.
