yeah, it sucks, work usually helps, like if i have to go somewhere i go, but when i don't have a destination, i am telling myself i will go out tomorrow. it's not easy to walk around here. when i lived near nature trails that weren't so buggy, i would drive over and walk all day, but now, i don't even want to leave the house unless i have a specific thing to do.
