I've now had a full pack of progesterone the "recommended" route, and am currently trying boofing my next pack. So far, I've not really noticed much difference? Boobs don't appear to be growing, I don't feel any sleepier or hornier. But I am remembering my dreams more and they sure do feel clearer.
Like, last night I dreamt I was back in my flat in Milan. That was over 20 years ago. But it looked exactly as I remembered it, as if I'd only seen it the other day. Weird!
