Does anyone know of any good mastodon or gotosocial instances for teenagers? I'd want to know that any instance they went to was well moderated by adults, but that only other minors were allowed there, unless the adults are literally parental guardians.

The instance should be at least partially English speaking as the kid I'm looking to help out can't speak any other language (yet), but it would be cool if it were located in the EU. If it doesn't exist, we may end up setting something up, but totally detached from this instance as this instance is not suitable for minors.
