High stress day today.
I'm up too early. Couldn't get back to sleep. Big dental procedure morning which will mean an ugly afternoon of recovery.
A good challenge for my word of the year.
It's a choppy sea today. Big rollers to navigate.
But it's all short term.
Compared with what I've had to deal with in the last few years, it'll just mean an unpleasant day.
Time to get on the board and ride.
