The lower quality (mp3 from 2005) has always bothered me.
Lyrics seem to pretty good on the mobile side of things, always there when I've checked.
The laptop/desktop version takes a bit more digging.
Oh yes, you can make playlists.. both for audio and video. (Music videos are a big part of the app)
I imported all my stuff from Spotify.
