Well, this is rather unusual for me. Normally I have more time/space to let my mind w[a|o]nder about all the little things and fantasies, and it seems that helps A LOT.
But right now it's more like a need to disconnect from every worry other than just sinking myself in the warm embrace of my primary love language / foundation stone of my Maslow pyramid. Not necessarily anything convoluted or high-energy-demanding play, but play that would feel whole nevertheless.
