This sounds exactly like how they were targeting Palestinians for bombing.
And i have to point out, as the article does as well, that the assurance (their words) that this system is only used to find criminals is undermined by the fact that "criminal" is a setting which can be turned off, and the instructions clearly say the commander will do that sometimes. So even if i trusted spicy autocorrect to decide who was actually a criminal worthy of deportation, they are telling us they can choose not to look at that and arrest people anyway.
This "app" violates at least half of the Bill of Rights!
