I actually really love this sign because it's having work with at least five conflicting interests. 1) limited parking space 2) a busy business district 3) a church 4) a commuter rail station into Chicago 5) a city-wide overnight parking ban.
My wife and I usually refer to it as the barely legal parking spot. Most people see the sign, freak out, and and steer clear.
