During my stay I tried two more brands/kinds and the sweet taste is not persistent feature of Kvass. The one I had yesterday was in a plastic bottle and tasted very bready and thus airport one has a strong and distinctive taste of dark almost burned caramel. Overall I'm learning to like and appreciate the taste of it and the variety.
