People want instant transformation, but that comes after acceptance, after seeing yourself truly. You can't change if you don't understand why you are, if you are not at peace with yourself.
Most people don't want to see themselves. Even worse - they're repelled. It's like a monster that their afraid to look at. And that's why any attempt at change won't work on them.
And things take time. Most things that matter.
