When you say "Western bread", I feel culturally offended.
Because what they call "bread" in the UK, we call a flavourless sponge here in Germany. And what they call "bread" in the US is called a flavourless sponge in the UK.
But I guess I can't complain, since what we call "Chinese food" here, well... I guess it's a sufficiently similar relationship.
