Yea admittedly the UX for this stuff isn't quite there yet if you're used to exchanges. Trocador might be the easiest, quickest, and cheapest to use among these, but you're trusting a single swap provider not to freeze your funds during the swap (although they rate the chance of that happening for each swap provider). Eigen is probably the most trustless method followed by bisq/retoswap/robosats (because it's a multisig so you're relying on cooperation from arbitrators if something happens). Never had a problem with any of them myself though.
Here is the latest news about Thorchain adding XMR from a few days ago. Basically they're hoping to get it out sometime in 2026 but it's privacy properties and multisig makes it a little more complicated than other blockchains to implement:
