it used to be everybody was up in arms when so much as a menu entry name changed and there was advance documentation, champion users, user training, and an intensive care helpdesk line for 2 weeks.

Now every element in the flat UIs changes for absolutely no good reason every other week and people have basically just given up and YOLO dialing into an all hands meeting cause they can't tell the join button from the whatever the hell they call channels this week button.
