My mom is safely with the Lord. She slipped away peacefully this morning around 9 am. I stayed with her until the morning, holding her hand, kissing her forehead, and softly touching her to soothe her. We listened to praise music all through the night.
I thought I did not have the courage to be with mom when she died, but the Lord came through and He gave me the strength.
