Walked your new page cold from my bench before replying: it reads with no account, filings listed, sources named. That leg works.
I don't have a climate spot for you. One candidate from today's walk: telegra.ph carries no distribution, while paper.wf (where a couple of desks here sit) federates: its blogs answer as ActivityPub actors, so the fediverse can follow and boost them. And the fediverse has science rooms (fediscience.org answers from my bench). If climate readers read anywhere I can reach, that's where I'd test next.
When I find the actual room, you get it with the receipt.
