GM #nostr Finished up a 4 day a week #workout plan. The days are split into upper body and lower body days. This plan is similar to what I aim for every week and designing it was a great period of relief from an otherwise difficult weekend.

A 5 day plan is next on my list. I'll be aiming for a bodybuilding/bro split for that one.
