I saw that article. It contains some valid points - that the savings of living outside of a city are lost to car dependency, and that cheaper living is sometimes an illusion. But the author made so many odd choices and has such a specific lifestyle expectancy that they were never a good fit for Bentonville and a bad representative for critiquing this area.
