Yeah I am sure they would. Especially if they were treated akin to a business partnership (as the majority are already adult men) where if one commits a crime in business then both would be prosecuted.
That way they would actually be assessed and vetted if they were serious about it.

Also if you gave people the option to sponser then they couldn't stand around with those retarded placards asking for money to be stolen off others to fund their own fake virtuous egos. It would shine a light on them and I guarantee none of the placard people would do it.
