Recipe:

4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
2 teaspoons yeast
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons sugar
2.5 cups warm water

Mix…..Let rise in a warm place.

Preheat oven to 450 with a Dutch oven inside.

Bake for 30 minutes with the lid on.
Bake for 7-10 minutes with the lid off.
