Well shoot. In order to even apply for the Farmer's Market, I first need "cottage food" certification from the county which costs $50 and takes weeks. And once certified, I can't sell outside the state, so no mail-order experiments (I already got boxes for a few trials). So I'm probably not gonna do this after all. :(
