For the first time in months, I woke to a very chilly house. My wife grumbled and after eating a quick breakfast went right back to the warm bed. I donned my sweats and went out to the garden to practiced my tai chi in the cool autumn air. My neighbor, who often teases me (kind heartedly) about my clumsy tai chi, walked up to the fence as I finished and commented, “you’ve gotten really good at that! Your movements were beautiful”. That absolutely made my day! 🥲
