I'm noticing a pattern:
* Nearly every tech conversation turns to AI.
* Nearly everyone is exhausted by it.
* But every one devolves into a frantic scramble to define the precise ontological parameters of human intelligence, leaving us all stranded on a wildly unhelpful spectrum between "the mind is a totally ineffable magic trick" and "we are literally just math."
To be clear: I'm closer to the magic trick side of the equation
