tempted to try that too. I don't have St Germain but 😬 do have malort. Not sure exactly why* - I picked up some 2 or 3 years ago I think after a long time.

*I mean my impression from tasting it in 2005 (I didn't know much about amari then) - now I enjoy cynar, but still not sure about malort
