There is a discussion in Europe, in which people representing large corporations (mostly those that market LLM integration, at the moment) like to say "laws have not kept pace with the developing technology" - and the response should be that it is the opposite. If you have not created your product in a way that can exist in the environment you would like to be your market, YOUR product has not kept up with legislation. And this conversation is like explaining why the 8-year-old does not eat candy for dinner. It has already been decided what is good and what is not - and we do not need to have this conversation.
