Unfortunately I don't have a great list of resources. Almost all LLM tutorials/content feels way overhyped and surface level to me. It's all focused on small codebases, and it's extremely hard to find people building normal-sized products for normal users. But I think my entry point was this blog post from Steve Yegge about his beads db: https://steve-yegge.medium.com/beads-best-practices-2db636b9760c (Steve's blog is good but the posts tend to be long and wandering).
More recently I stumbled across this guy on Youtube who seems to be doing some homebrew orchestration, but I haven't watched a lot. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PIdETjcXNIk&t=225s
