Listen up:
DO NOT build a service that's sole intent is to protect peoples anonymity from a non-anonymous identity. You WILL be persecuted. Instead rely on the privacy of your own tech hide yourself thoroughly. The goal is not to cash out with a bunch of dollar bills the goal is to create an unstoppable digital economy. The rewards from staying private and allowing yourself to keep building surely outweigh the rewards of being a publicly known scapegoat for a hoard of people trying to clean their funds.
In other words if Tornado cash or Samourai was following this as a guide they would not be facing charges right now as no one would know who runs it.
Its also worth noting that the government doesn't care if you protect your metadata, they only care that your payments cant be fully traced. Dont allow them to spook you into leaking your users metadata because they are so paranoid about things like the drug trade leaking US liquidity out of their sector of the market.
