I agree with this. Nothing the SEC is doing suggests Bitcoin is a security, or that they have any means to stop it.
They are going after exchanges and tokens, none of which impact bitcoin. There will always be a market to buy and sell bitcoin whether big exchanges like Binance and Coinbase exist.
Bitcoin comes out the other side of operation chokepoint 2.0 stronger and more resilient than ever.
