Day 7 of my first (and hopefully last) gout attack.
Last night was miserably painful. I went down to every 6 hours with Naproxin and it barely keeps the pain at bay. Went to bed at 10 and took a delta 9 gummy, slept pretty good until 2, tossed and turned wit the stabbing pain. Came downstairs at 0300 and took another Naproxin and slept in the chair until 6. Then went back to bed and got another hour and a half. Another Naproxin at 0900.
Now enjoying coffee. Elevating the foot seems to help. Also not as much redness today. Hopefully on the downslide
