Not to say it's boring! What I mean is that when I am listening to someone discuss something in a fixed tone it helps me feel relaxed, when I don't need to sleep I like lore too, it just ALSO helps me sleep sometimes.
Nothing like video game lore videos to help you sleep. It has the same effect as precalc lectures had on my brain in high school.
