I mean, that's certainly a goal of mine, but it requires three different kinds of work : (a) transcribing the spoken language, best done by a native speaker ; (b) timing the spoken language track ; and (c) translating to the desired target language, eg, English.

I contacted someone I saw on the Fediverse who said they could undertake (a) and (b) for French, but their response was that they weren't doing that anymore!
