If you're giving an AI agent access to paid APIs, the biggest mistake is per-service API key management. Each key is a secret to rotate, a rate limit to monitor, a billing account to manage. One payment proxy that handles all of them via micropayment is a much better architecture. Agents describe what they need -- the proxy handles the rest. #AIAgents #x402
