I am very much enjoying newsboat (https://newsboat.org/) as a terminal RSS reader, for when I want to read my RSS feeds on my computer.
It integrates with FreshRSS with just a few lines of config, and gives me a distraction-free way of reading my RSS feeds.
Links open in links, and keyboard navigation is straightforward.
