I'm glad I am not a leader of Israel. Hamas and Hezbollah have basically made it impossible to attack their weapons and leaders because 100% are behind human shields. If Israel doesn't take out the weapons and leaders, their innocent civilians die. If they take out the enemy, some innocents and other noncombatants who support the massacre of Jews die. Israel does warn the innocents to leave areas before attacks. If they attack, those who hate them, but are noncombatants die. If they don't attack, their own people die. That is still a hard decision, but I can't judge them for making the decision they make. There needs to be a lot more complaint about Hamas and Hezbollah using innocent human shields. That is contrary to the rules of war for civilized society. I'd say Hamas and Hezbollah have the greater blame, even if Israel isn't blameless.
