I have mixed feelings about the method but you can open a person's profile and follow all their follows, and then curate.
In the end I didn't enjoy this, and would have rathered aggressively follow anyone who seems of interest, then curate.
For me, I followed all of ODELL (nprofile…xahm) follows.
