Most important is feeling better. I didnt mean going carby. More staying no carbish but adding a sauce that might spark joy. Sgt fish has a garlic sauce recipe that I will modify when I am doing keto and it really brightens my day and keeps me low carb bc it adds so much flavor.
Carbs def cause inflmmation and pain. Once you get a taste of not having your attention constantly pulled to some ache, then staying no/low carb is soooo much easier.
I will cycle no/low carb times and find this helps keep me more disciplined when i do it.
