the only issue I can think of is if you were coding in unsafe ValorLang (name pending) and you were doing crazy pointer shit, and caused UB, that UH could fuck up the image I guess?
But Common Lisp and Squeak/Pharo libraries today call to C all the time and seem to be fine so meh.
